1-In this life

I only have a face

I have no arms or legs

I am like a baobab tree

I have already sold my heart and organs in the swamp

Now only a shadow remains

Even the shadows are blurred in the dust

I am dust floating in the air

I am hanging in the air like a baobab tree

I have been looking for myself upside down for a thousand years

I store the language of water in my thick stem

I only speak the language of water in the air

I am looking for someone

Everyone is lost somewhere

We are lost in the deepest sea

In a corner of the universe that no one knows

In the darkest forest of conscience

I am a cursed creature wandering lost

My head has switched to a silent movie-like dead mode

Not even a spark remains

Now my brain does not send signals of emotion

The world is filled with pictures of blood everywhere

The world is filled with screams everywhere

My vision is dry

They are also looking for someone with empty eyes like me

In this life

I only own the face.

2-Ending the night

A peaceful landscape.

The future races along a winding road

Black clouds move low to the north

The moon rises

Candles on the table shine

A peaceful landscape

Above the waves of uncertain time

Your soul turns black

So that your soul doesn't burn out

Recharge your soul a little

Every step we take

An autobiography full of misreadings

Full of empty memories of jokes

A peaceful landscape

I stand at the end of a winding road

To meet you

I have always stood there

A peaceful landscape

Ending the drifting night

The stars are tense

Outside the window is a swirl of darkness

I hang a dream on that dark window for a moment

I am still standing there

The world always stretches into darkness

I will never learn how to die

3-Clouds in the sky

Eagles crouch patiently

Waiting for the bird funeral to end.

Solemnly waiting for the human corpse to be torn to pieces.

A net is hung on its beak to clean life

To eat human flesh.

Their eyes sparkle to erase human traces.

They look elegant and graceful,

eagles are persistent and cruel

They eat the flesh of the corpse leisurely

The custom that gave ethics to animals by humans, and made eagles eat the corpses

Eaglet chicks eat each others siblings

Aigret also hunts their first prey against their own family

They devour the youngest and weakest sibling born from the same litter

The Tibetans entrust the disposal of human corpses to eagles

To eagles who eat human corpses most cleanly

The moment the body melts in the flames of sorrow

The lightning will tear the time of the dead

The illusion that there is no end, the phantoms that there is a beginning

Our life is not to read things as they are.

We add observation and imagination to them.

We do not know the end of time or space

It is wrong to say that life was a festival.

The dead have only their own time

Fragments of time are scattered under people`s feet

Time has stopped like a cart with no wheels

We were all friends of the clouds

Born in 1955 Rep of Korea. Poet, Translator (Japanese-Korean). Adjunct professor.

She majored in Japanese language and Japanese literature at Sejong University and

earned her master’s degree in Japanese studies at Sejong University’s Graduate

School of Policy Science.

Her works have earned her the Newcomer Award of <Poem and Consciousness>,

Korea’s the Heonanseolheon Literature Award and Japan’s Sitosozo Award, Korea’s

Poetry Slam Translation Literature Award.

Book of Poetry 『The Beauty in a Laboratory』, 『Smiling flowers』in Korean, 『The

Sky in the Yellowish Red Korean Skirt』, 『Drama of the Light』in Japanese.

Historical essay 『The Formation of the Ancient Nation in Japan and Japanese

oldest anthology Manyo-shu』 and so on.

Her poems express Korean tradition, life and death, sadness, pain and anguish in

surrealism, modernism and avant-garde forms

She translated many Japanese literary works into Korean and many Korean literary

works into Japanese. This work includes more than 200 volumes, for example,

poems, novels, essays, poem anthologies, books for children, humanity books, self

enlightenment books and scientific books. In particular, she translated many poems

and Book of Poetry between Korea and Japan.In particular, she translated many

poems and Book of Poetry between Korea and Japan.

Korean textbooks used in Korean middle Schools and high schools contain 20 kinds

translations of her for educational purposes.

She has translated and introduced Korean and Japanese poems in literary

magazines between the two countries since 1990.
