У яблуні сьогодні свято.

Син-їжачок

Приніс додому перші яблука…

Багато

Хто з нас іще таких не їв…

Я ними поститися вмів,

Я ними шив білену хату,

Я ними жив, я просто снив,

Коли в кінці кінців

Прийде щасливий тато

І з’їсть святий цей плід.

А попід хату виріс глід…

Today, the apple tree is celebrating.  

The little hedgehog  

Brought home the first apples...  

So many of us  

Have never tasted such before...  

I knew how to fast with them,  

I stitched a whitewashed house with them,  

I lived by them, I simply dreamed—  

Awaiting the day, at last,  

When a joyful father would come  

And eat this sacred fruit.  

And beneath the house, hawthorn grew...

Справедливість

Як то воно болісно…

Що живеш на землі, де війна.

А надворі весна…

А у сонечка теж є мама,

А надворі важка

Малинова пісня чи слава…

Вийди геть, пробіжи у світи,

Не завдай нам тривоги…

Не дай нас злу на поталу,

Коли навколо хвилі,

Коли біжать роки,

Скажи: це справедливо?

Чи ти ідеш таки?

Коли світи край неба

Тримають твій політ,

Це справедливо, скажеш?

Чи принесеш твій світ

На завтра своїм дітям?

А діти хочуть квіти…

А діти хочуть миру.

Скажи, це справедливо? 

Justice

How painful it is…

To live on a land where war rages.

Yet outside, spring blooms…

And even the sun has a mother.

Outside, a heavy Crimson song or glory…

Run away, flee into the worlds,

Do not bring us sorrow…

Do not hand us over to evil,

When waves surround,

When years rush by,

Tell me: is this justice?

Or do you leave after all?

When the worlds at the edge of the sky

Hold your flight, Is this justice, you say?

Will you bring your world

To tomorrow for your children?

And children want flowers…

And children want peace.

Tell me, is this justice?
