POETIC DELIGHT BY HAJRA SARWAR-PAKISTAN
Drizzling Mist
Hand in hand the clouds in sky
Wandering through the fields and lakes
Swooping in the downy flakes
Blessing the mortals, a soothing joy
Watering the gardens with heavy rain
Retrieving the lands with charm and delight
Making the leaves shining bright
Reliving the masses out of pain
The music the drops of water create
Reviving melody to solitary mates
Opening the paths of secluded gates
Cherishing the smell, the grounds generate
Solace to hearts that meditate
Purest drops the dainty pouring
From mist to drizzle, abundant adoring
An earthly mind, inept to state.
